Shift schedule with rule-based auto-rostering and summarized time accounting

The tool builds a team roster by itself: enter staff, a shift pattern and the number of posts, and it places people so every day the posts are covered, totaling each person's hours against the monthly norm. Auto-rostering is deterministic, not AI.

Questions

How does the tool build the roster?

With a deterministic algorithm, no AI: the pattern sets a cycle of on and off days, and each person is given a phase offset so posts stay covered across days.

How many people are needed?

A guide: posts times cycle length divided by the number of working days in the cycle. The tool suggests headcount and colors under-coverage and overshoot days.

Is the working-time norm taken into account?

Each person's hours are compared against an indicative monthly norm for a 40-hour week. The exact norm by the official work calendar and summarized accounting per period are in the full version.
