Occupational risk assessment: hazard register and risk maps
For each workplace the tool maintains a hazard register, assesses the risk before and after control measures by the Fine-Kinney method and a risk matrix, and produces an assessment map and a report for approval.
Data current as of 2026-08-24
Standards
Russian Labor Code article 214, Ministry of Labor order 926, hazard classifier 776n, Fine-Kinney and matrix methods.
Input
Workplaces, hazards, probability, exposure and severity scores.
Output
Risk levels before and after measures, assessment map, report for approval.
What it does
- Hazard register per workplace, classifier 776n
- Fine-Kinney and a matrix with configurable level boundaries
- Risk before and after measures (residual risk), action priority
- Assessment map and a report for approval
The tool and the platform
The tool
- Risk levels before and after measures, the assessment card and the report
- Load workplaces from Excel, export to XLSX, print
- Calculations are stored on the server and reopen next time, company letterhead with signatures
- Works instantly, no sign-up required
ISKRIT·HSE made to order
This platform does not exist yet: we build it around your workflow. Here is what goes into it.
- Register of workplaces, hazards and measures with completion control
- Work permits, training and instructions on one board
- History of assessments and reviews for every workplace
Questions
Are control measures taken into account?
Yes. Risk is assessed before and after measures: for every hazard you set the score reduction, the tool computes the residual level, and the workplace level is taken from the worst residual risk.
Which methods?
Fine-Kinney (risk = probability × exposure × consequences) and a probability-severity matrix with configurable boundaries.
