Statistical analysis of soil properties per GOST 20522
For each engineering-geological unit the tool computes normative and design values of soil properties: it rejects outliers, calculates the coefficient of variation, and derives the soil reliability factor. Accepts data from AGS4 exchange files.
Data current as of 2026-08-24
Standards
GOST 20522-2012: outlier rejection (table E.1), tα coefficient (table E.2), confidence levels 0.85 and 0.95.
Input
Individual test values per EGU, or an AGS4 file.
Output
Xn, X, V, γ per property, plus an outlier rejection log.
What it does
- Normative and design values for every EGU
- Outlier rejection by the ν criterion
- Coefficient of variation and soil reliability factor
- AGS4 import with breakdown by EGU
The tool and the platform
The tool
- Characteristic and design values with the full outlier log
- Enter the sample line by line or load AGS4, export to XLSX, print
- Calculations are stored on the server and reopen next time, company letterhead with signatures
- Works instantly, no sign-up required
ISKRIT·Geo demo
The work of a whole department: roles, history and modules linked together.
- Statistics run on the whole sample log of the site
- Units live in the project and are recomputed as new tests arrive
- Schedules go into the report together with logs and sections
Questions
How many determinations are required?
Per GOST, at least six for mechanical properties and ten for physical properties.
Does it match hand calculations?
Yes, tables E.1 and E.2 in the reference are generated by the same engine function.
