As-built deviation drawing: structures against design per SP 70 and SP 45
The surveyor loads the DWG or DXF plan used for setting out and the raw total station export. The tool lands the points on the columns and piles of the drawing, computes the bottom and top shift from the faces, takes the tolerance for the structure type and writes the verdict with the code clause. Out come the same drawing with arrows per GOST R 51872-2024, a deviation statement and a DXF for CAD.
Data current as of 2026-09-26
Standards
Tolerances per SP 70.13330.2012 (tables 5.12 and 6.1, rows 3 and 11 of table 6.1 as amended by Amendment 5) and SP 45.13330.2017 (tables 6.3 and 12.1 as amended by Amendment 2). Drawing conventions per GOST R 51872-2024.
Input
Structure type, the DWG or DXF plan and the total station export: point name, X, Y, H in metres, in the same coordinate system as the drawing. Without a drawing a table of design and surveyed coordinates works.
Output
Deviations in millimetres, a verdict per tolerance with the clause, level spread over the area, a drawing, an XLSX deviation statement, a DXF drawing.
What it does
- A DWG or DXF plan and the raw total station export: the points land on the columns and piles of the drawing by themselves, structures are named by the grid, A/1, B/3
- Columns are computed from the faces: bottom and top shift along both axes and plumbness, piles from the head centre by the circle or by a point
- The drawing is built on the uploaded plan itself: its grid, marks and outlines with the deviations on top, the DXF export carries the same sheet with the plan
- Deviation of every point from the design in millimetres: along the building axes in plan, in elevation and from the vertical
- Tolerances are picked by structure type from the Russian codes SP 70.13330 (cast-in-place, precast, anchor bolts) and SP 45.13330 (piles, pit bottom, grading), each verdict cites the clause
- Pile tolerances follow the pile diameter and the position across and along the row, head level follows the pile cap type
- Level spread over a checked area: slab flatness, column tops of a tier
- One-sided tolerances: bearing surfaces only minus, anchor bolts and rough excavation only plus
- Rotated building grid: deviations are resolved along the grid bearing
- Drawing per GOST R 51872-2024: arrow toward the shift, B and T section marks in a frame, signed levels, tolerance extract in the notes
- Deviation statement to XLSX, DXF with layers: from a drawing in its units over the plan, from a table in survey coordinates, A3 print
- Without a drawing: a design coordinate list and the survey as two files matched by point name, Excel, CSV and instrument text exports work
- Calculations are stored on the server and reopen next time, company letterhead with signatures

What do I load?
The DWG or DXF plan used for setting out and the raw total station export: point name, X, Y, H. Column faces are shot at the bottom and the top, piles at the head. The drawing may be in millimetres or metres, and the X and Y order of the survey file is detected.
Is the drawing stored on the server?
No. A DXF is read in the browser. A DWG goes to the server only to be converted to DXF and is deleted at once. The calculation receives only the outlines of the structures hit by the points and the points themselves. For the DXF export the part of the plan around the surveyed structures goes to the server to build the file and is not kept after the response.
Where do the tolerances come from?
From SP 70.13330.2012 and SP 45.13330.2017 for the chosen structure type. The values were checked against the code text, every verdict cites the table and item.
Why is the deviation split in two?
Each axis mark is checked across its own axis, so the tolerance is compared with the deviation along the building X and Y axes separately. If the grid is rotated against the coordinate system, enter the bearing of the X axis.
Are header fields and signatures filled in?
Yes. The company details and signatories from the letterhead panel go into the XLSX export and the print. The coordinate and height systems, the instrument and the setting-out base go into the drawing notes.
