Certificate of completed work, form KS-2
The certificate is assembled from a schedule of accepted quantities: for each row it computes cost as quantity times unit price, assigns sequential row numbers, and totals the certificate. Rows are entered manually or uploaded from Excel using the template.

Standards
Tabular part follows the standard KS-2 form (Goskomstat of Russia resolution 100 of 11 November 1999): row number, justification, description of work, unit of measure, quantity, unit price, cost.

The tabular part of the certificate with row costs and a total, the balance left under the contract and the check against it, plus XLSX export.

Questions
Are header fields and signatures filled in?
Yes. The investor, client, contractor, construction site, facility, contract, document number and date, reporting period, and the positions and names of the people handing over and accepting the work are entered on the page. What you type stays in the browser, is never sent to the server, and goes into the header of the result and the XLSX export. Fields left blank are omitted from the document.
Is the description of work mandatory?
Yes, a row without a description is rejected. The row number is assigned automatically if left blank.
What goes into the justification field?
The unit rate code or a reference to the pricing base; the value is carried into the certificate as entered.
What does the contract price do?
The certificate is checked against the contract: the amounts certified earlier are added to the certificate total and compared with the contract price. A certificate that goes over the contract price cannot be issued and its export is closed.
