Questions
Are header fields and signatures filled in?
No. The tool assembles the tabular part: rows with costs and a total. The header and signature blocks are completed in your own form.
Is the description of work mandatory?
Yes, a row without a description is rejected. The row number is assigned automatically if left blank.
What goes into the justification field?
The unit rate code or a reference to the pricing base; the value is carried into the certificate as entered.
