Cumulative record of completed work, form KS-6a
A running total is kept for the project: it adds the quantity completed in the reporting period to the quantity completed earlier, then computes the total since work began, the balance against the design, and the percentage of progress. Lines whose running total exceeds the design quantity are flagged separately.

Standards
Layout follows the standard KS-6a form (Goskomstat of Russia resolution 100 of 11 November 1999).
Input
Lines: code, description, unit, design quantity, completed earlier, quantity in the reporting period, unit price. The retainage percentage is optional.
Output
Total since work began, balance, progress percentage, status per line, value completed, retainage for the period and to date, the amount payable, schedule totals, and XLSX export.

Questions
Where does the completed earlier column come from?
From the previous period cumulative record, specifically its total since work began column.
What counts as an overstatement?
A line whose total since work began exceeds the design quantity. Such lines get their own status.
Are the form header fields filled in?
Yes. The contractor, client, construction site, facility, contract, reporting period, the person keeping the record and the person who checked it are entered on the page. What you type stays in the browser, is never sent to the server, and goes into the header of the result and the XLSX export. Fields left blank are omitted from the document.
How is the retainage computed?
Line by line from the value completed in the period and earlier, at the percentage set by the contract. The retainage accrues cumulatively, and once no item is left outstanding the record reminds you to invoice its release.
